Zero – that is the number of f*cks Britain’s multidisciplinary genius FKA Twigs evidently has to give, with her new self-directed video for “Pendulum” proving she is a master of all artistic spheres. Having produced a jaw-dropping clip for Google Glass last year, and with “Two Weeks” and “Video Girl” audio-visual gold preceding this, 26-year-old Tahlia Barnett had our expectations positioned somewhere high up in the stratosphere. The “Pendulum” video flaunts the classically-trained-dancer facet of our girl Twigs, who is seen bound up as she channels traditional Japanese rope art – just casually. It’s the latest track from her ‘LP1’ debut, and oozes all things good.
